About Horizon Immigration Institute
Horizon Immigration Institute was founded by Stephanie Dib-Wietstruck, an immigrant from Venezuela, practicing immigration attorney in the United States, and language professional. Her own experience as an immigrant, combined with her professional work in immigration law, interpreting, and translation, inspired her to create an educational space designed to help immigrants navigate more than just the immigration process.
Horizon Immigration Institute is an educational platform dedicated to making U.S. immigration information easier to understand, practical to apply, and accessible to the people who need it. We provide educational resources and training designed to help immigrants and families better understand immigration processes, prepare for important steps, make more informed decisions about their future, navigate life in the United States, and make the most of the opportunities available to them. We also provide practical education for people interested in learning about immigration services and developing skills to support immigrant communities.
Our programs cover immigration topics such as naturalization, applications, and immigration procedures, as well as practical topics related to building a life in the United States, including education, public resources, homeownership, starting a business, and planning for the future.

Through practical courses, personalized education, mock interviews, self-help guidance, and professional training, we serve both immigrants and the professionals who support them. Through our connection with Horizon Interpreting & Translation Institute, we also provide language services that help make information and services more accessible.
Our goal is not to replace qualified legal representation, but to help people become better informed, better prepared, and better equipped to build their lives in the United States.

Founder & Lead Instructor
Stephanie Dib-Wietstruck is a practicing immigration attorney in the United States, a licensed attorney in Venezuela, certified medical interpreter, and translator with over seven years of experience in immigration law, legal advocacy, and language services.
Originally from Venezuela, Stephanie brings both professional expertise and lived experience as an immigrant to her work. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Washington and is certified by Washington State's DSHS as a Spanish Medical Interpreter and Translator.
Through Horizon Immigration Institute, Stephanie combines her legal background, business education, language expertise, and personal experience as an immigrant to provide practical education and resources that help immigrants understand the immigration system, navigate life in the United States, and build the future they envision.
